these three girls have been full of so many surprises & funnys, that i have to write them down :)

betsy babe started sitting up! she topples over a few seconds after i snap a picture, but still a super fun milestone, for sure :)

jon & i finished eloise's room despite broken blinds & a crib conversion kit that was missing the necessary bolts. it took a good portion of the weekend, but i'm so thrilled with how it turned out- feminine, pretty & simple :)

eloise's latest phrases have been, "oh, that's weird" and "oh, that's amazing!" she says them at the funniest times- when she gets food, when we pulled up in the city of weston, when lucy hands her a toy. it's pretty awesome :)

when the big girls are playing, lucy has been creating scenarios & tells eloise how to respond to whatever she says. lucy will say, "eloise, say this..." & then eloise repeats her. it's a riot. during these little scenes is also when eloise squeezes in a "oh, that's amazing!" one of the girls' favorite things to do is walk around with their babies & stop to nurse them on the stairs :)

& lucy is obsessed with the number 87. she thinks it's the biggest number there is, so if she wants several of something [snack, books, etc.] she always makes sure to ask for 87 of them :)
