zoo morning with meme!

"slippy slide" fun on friday night- we plan to do nothing but this the rest of the weekend! [it pairs especially well with boulevard's new tropical beer for mom & dad:)]

we spent yesterday morning in weston, missouri & had the best time- it felt like a little getaway! what a sweet town, with so much history. jon & i plan to go back sans kids in order to explore more & stay at one of several bed & breakfasts. a definite gem to check out-

& last night was the night. eloise's first in her big girl bed! she's been climbing out of her crib every day at nap, emptying dresser drawers, pushing her chair over to climb on top of her dresser, shouting that "the sun came up!" she was so proud of herself & slept great with her new space to roll around & snuggle up in :) she was ready. 

our babies are growing fast. betsy girl turns 6 months next week! 6 whole months! where does the time go?!
