i'm back from a wonderful trip to florida with my mom & betsy, visiting my aunt & uncle who own a beautiful home in seaside. it was a great time & such a special, memorable bonding experience with beatrice. she loved being the only child for a few days! just look at that face-

but OH how i missed these sweet little people!

i asked jon to not put bows in the girls' hair [HUGE for me!] because i just knew i'd come home to a ton of lost bows :) i think they thoroughly enjoyed a few days of less primp :)

jon had the house so nice & pulled-together when i got home. he had done the laundry, grocery shopping & the big girls are more in love with their daddy than ever. 

so glad i went. definitely don't need to be away from them anytime soon :) although i will say my internal patience jar is the fullest it's been in weeks thanks to a bit of time away!

looking forward to cuddling my babes non-stop all weekend-
