thanksgiving week was so needed! a break from school, dance and the normal grind was appreciated by all of us. we had our traditional big christmas cookie bake day with meme- 11 cookies and many hours of memories! the girls received their second covid vaccine [grateful!], and for thanksgiving, we hosted the dandurands and crawfords. jon made an absolutely amazing meal, and i'll officially be dreaming about his sweet potatoes until next thanksgiving. we decided to add getting bedrooms and stairs re-floored onto the week because who doesn't want to live in a construction zone in the days leading up to hosting a holiday? :) honestly, it all worked out well and we're feeling good as we head into the last month of the year! my car is supposed to be finished this week [which is fantastic as it's now been 3.5 months since the accident!!], and we're looking forward to all of the december festivities with the girls <3
