sweet bea is 10 months! 2016 has been the year of flying memories for me- it's gone by in a blink! i've had some of the longest days of my life & i've had the most joyful, warm, fuzzy days, too. we're slowing down this christmas season, out of there being no other choice with 3 small children living in one home :) and it feels good.

we had lucy's preschool christmas program on friday night- it was darling!
& one my favorite views around our home this time of year-
tonight, lucy, meme & i get to see the kansas city ballet's nutcracker downtown. sweet memories with my biggest girl. next year, eloise will get to join!
i'm remembering to take time to breathe & enjoy the peacefulness of this season. it's so easy to feel pressure from what everyone else is up to this time of year! for me, holiday blend coffee [or wine!] while watching my girls run around the christmas tree & point out their favorite ornaments is quickly becoming my favorite time of day :)
