we are so excited to spend the summer watching lucy do her favorite thing- perform! she was cast as amanda thripp in matilda the musical at the local white theatre, and she is just beyond about it. the show rehearses all of june and she performs july 2-24. this is her first role and her first time getting a script with her own lines and solos! it'll be busy with late rehearsal nights for lucy, followed by early swim team practices for betsy and everything in-between. eloise is heading to camp and taking time to swim and unwind before starting trampoline classes this fall. so happy for a change of pace and all the fun that summer brings! we're squeezing in a few trips: virginia, florida [as a family and another trip just jon and me to celebrate 20 years together!] and big cedar- our absolute favorite!
