we had the absolute best mother's day weekend! we had friends over, went neighborhood garage saleing [eloise's pure joy at her mint condition $15 gigantic LOL dollhouse that we absolutely didn't need and that i wheeled home a mile uphill in a wagon is a big highlight], had brunch at our club, played lots of cards and watched matilda for family movie night. the weather was a dream, and all of our flowers are starting to bloom. jon and the girls planted me the rose trellis that i've been wishing for and spoiled me with a spa day, and i feel so thankful for this family of mine. we have 7.5 days of school until what i think may be our happiest summer break yet! excited to share what lies ahead in the coming weeks!
