our eloise amy turned 7 years old, and we celebrated her with her favorite chocolate birthday cake and her favorite dinner at our club! eloise is creative, a budding scientist, tender-hearted and contemplative. she questions everything, challenges what doesn't feel right and stays true to herself. she's silly, sensitive, helpful, a history buff and she's so much fun. she takes the world in, one moment at a time, and grasps life's highest priorities at such a young age. she's an old soul with a young spirit, and mothering her is a top honor in my life.
we tip-toed right into recital weekend- 8 dances between our girls and my tiny 2s. that's a lot of tulle and organization from mama! we did it, the girls had an absolute ball and i slept monday away in recooperation :)
summer is finally here- slower days with our girls, evening patio drinks, plenty of pool time and soaking it all in. lucy started rehearsals for her show that's next month, summer dance has resumed, school and golf camps kick off next week, and we're so looking forward to the travel that's ahead. these are the very, very best days.
