our sweetest, brightest eloise amy turns FIVE the day after memorial day! in keeping with jon's tradition of taking the girls on a daddy/daughter trip to commemorate 5th, 10th & 16th birthdays, these 2 headed to branson as per the request of our roller coaster enthusiast! she had the absolute greatest time. pure, wonderful JOY for both eloise & jon, and for me as well in seeing this unfold through photos and videos of their time together. jon told me that while these trips are his gifts to our daughters, the gift is truly for him in seeing the unabashed joy and wonder of their childhoods, uninterrupted <3
they spent this morning swimming & brunching before heading home to a household full of open arms!
