eloise has started saying "mommy!" rather than "mama" - it's about the sweetest sound ever :) [she's also started consistently sleeping until 7:30 in the mornings, which has helped my own energy tremendously!]

& this week, lucy woke up during the night from a dream & asked me, "can we do ALL the fun things that we do tomorrow morning when i wake up?"

i love these little darlings :)

our BIG 20 week anatomy scan is this week- we are thrilled to hit this milestone & get a nice amount of time to watch our babygirl kick around on the ultrasound screen. prayers for a healthy little gal!

i had to document this text between my mom & me- i am so grateful she's always there to calm my random anxieties at nearly 10pm :)

lucy's been insisting on wearing a tiara because her "birfday is almost here!"

lucy's first day of dance class at the studio i grew up dancing at was yesterday- she loved it & we all got the warn fuzzies being back!

afternoon at the lenexa spinach festival with meme while eloise & daddy napped :)

she was pretty pumped to not have to share her cherry lemonade :)

we dashed from church to the zoo this morning & it was a blast! the girls loved the penguins most of all- eloise squeeealed & waddled, imitating the animals over & over!

&, of course, lucy requested the snakes non-stop until we found them- she's still obsessed :)

looking forward to another week as a wife & mom- the best!
