between house inspections & prepping for our move, a lost tooth, two tinitainer performances and kansas city's first snowfall of the season, there's been lots of hustling and bustling! halloween will be low-key with no treat-or-treating this year, but pumpkin carving, an at-home candy hunt and festive movies- all in costumes, of course!- will be so fun and the girls absolutely cannot wait. thankful for these exciting days.

deer in our backyard when we arrived for inspections last week. the 11th hole of one of jon's favorite golf courses is on the other side of our backyard trees- we may never see him again once we move.

virtual halloween party in the weirdest holiday season we've ever experienced-
and i was so hopeful for a snow day this week! no luck, but my fingers are crossed tight for a few this winter.
