too little time, but such cherished christmas memories together! highlights include union station, reindeer games, making reindeer food with meme to sprinkle on the lawn, a moving christmas eve mass [my forever favorite], lucy losing a tooth on christmas eve leading to a packed dandurand chimney, eloise waking up with her first loose tooth on christmas morning [she totally wished this into existence!!], lucy's makeovers for all [including press-on nails from auntie amy!] and simply... slowing down to celebrate.
santa was good to our family- he brought lucy a pogo stick to "touch the clouds", eloise her light-up drawing tablet, and bea had a very frozen 2 christmas. the girls did their annual sister gift exchange, and their excitement to surprise each other was the highlight of my whole christmas day.
jon surprised me with a second wedding band to wear with the ring he gave me on our 10th wedding anniversary this past summer- he's impressed me!
jon & i head to nyc tomorrow [!!]- i am off to pack and sort through all the blessings that today brought along.
