our sweet sweet bea is 3! it's kind of hard to believe! betsy loves all things moana, can be found hoarding chapsticks, says 'tank you mama!' when her heart is happy and 'i'm kiddang!' when she's caught bending the rules a bit too far. she's all of our baby and so so adored. she's very much the youngest personality, and she gives the absolute best snuggles, especially first thing in the morning right alongside her crazy bedhead. we've all grown beyond measure these past 3 years, and i cannot imagine a life without this little one in it.
we celebrated at betty rae's ice cream shop with family & our best friends in the world. it was a special afternoon!
the sweetest part of betsy's birthday was the excitement lucy & eloise had for the big day. last night, they decided that they wanted to gift her special treasures from their own collections. lucy chose a book from her bookshelf about bringing a new baby home from the hospital. she made her own wrapping paper & wrapped the gift herself. eloise emptied a box in her closet & placed a tiny ruby red slipper figurine in the bottom of it.
these simple, pure gestures will not be forgotten <3
