it's october & really feels like fall around here! we're soaking it all in :)
lu lost her third tooth! she's quite the dramatic in situations such as these; however, once the blood had subsided, she was over the moon! the tooth fairy brought 30 cents [which i quickly corrected when i overheard her telling her sisters that 30 dollars was left under her pillow ;)] & a pack of lemonheads!

lucy worked hard on her first story one afternoon after school! this was all her idea to create, which completely tugs at my heartstrings. my little artist. she wrote what she could on her own & used our google home to ask how to spell the words she wasn't sure of <3
friday was a rainy early-dismissal day for lucy, and it was just the best afternoon ever. sadly, jon left town friday morning through the middle of next week, so the girls & i made sure to fill our first afternoon of this stretch with all the fall fun! we picked lucy & eloise up from school, then came home & immediately had lunch & took baths before snuggling in for the day. free days at home with all 3 of my babies are the most precious to me.
we filled our chilly saturday with the rec center to exercise, library, coffee shop, park, chick-fil-a & target! all a girl needs in this life, really!
looking forward to a jammie day tomorrow & jon taking time off a bit after this long trip, so lots of fam time on the agenda!
